For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Also, we participate with Care Credit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free). Arrangements for Care Credit should be made, prior to your first appointment. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We are an out-of-network provider.
As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your PRIMARY insurance for 100% of our fees. We ask for payment of 40% on the day of services. We then will file your insurance claim for our full fee. After your insurance company has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we will either bill you for any remaining balance due, or send you a refund if your insurance pays more than the remaining 60% balance.
We file all insurance claims electronically, so we do not need a form, only your insurance card with your plan policy information.
